• He/she will be responsible in providing 100 % voice support to the clients and online technical resolution.

• Follow the shift hand-over process

• Update worklogs

• Categorizes as per CTI as appropriate

• Coaching freshers to be independent

• Coaching analysts for correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information

• Alert Monitoring

• Ticket Monitoring

• Informing On – call support
