Note: Annual Compensation during probation: INR 204004, including a target annual incentive of INR 12000. The target incentive will vary depending on associate performance and that of Cognizant.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Passing Year: 2015 batch only

• Only Under-graduates: Any stream with 10+2+3 of full time education (except BSc Biotech and Biotech related) (PG not eligible)

• Minimum 60 % aggregate in HSC, SSC, & UG

• No standing arrears allowed at the time of recruitment

• No extended education in any academic course

• Strong written and communication skill.

• Flexible to work in shifts and ready to relocate to any Cognizant location across India.
